Returns & Exchanges — Studio VRV
At Studio VRV, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in new condition, with the hang tag attached and in their original packaging.
- If you received damage item let us know wecare@studiovrv.com
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
- Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the sender.
Please Note
- Items purchased during seasonal sales are eligible for exchange only — not returns.
- Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Studio VRV will refund the full value of the returned item(s). Please note that all return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
